DT project for SSS

Hi everyone,

Here is a card I would like to share for one of my DT projects this month for Scrapbook Stamp Society. The image I used is by Sherri Baldy called Happy Birthday Mr.president. You can find a link to it below. I've also cut some die cuts from Cricut cartridge Ornamental Iron 2. I'm not sure what I'm going to use this card for yet so I have not add any sentiments to it yet. The gardenias are also made my me. It feels good to be able to use your own handmade flowers in your project. ;) hope you like it and will check out the image below. Thanks for stopping by.

Homemade ink dauber

Hi everyone,

I saw a blog somewhere off Pinterest n someone did a homemade dauber using PVC pipe and make up sponge. I didn't have the PVC pipe but I thought I could use my chipboard instead. I love how they came out. Hope you guys will check it out and try it for yourself. Thanks for stopping by.

Flower craze!!!

So in thinking I'm going through a flower phrase right now. I had an order so I did a bunch of fabric flowers but what I've been crazy about is the paper flowers. I've been trying different roses and different punches and cuts from my cameo. What I'm happy about it is I've made my own stamens for cherry blossom flowers and gardenia flowers. The gardenias you see are made of Manila file folders. Hope you guys like them.

Prima inspired flowers

Hi everyone, I made these flowers inspired by Prima. I'm not sure what an actual prima flower looks like so I can't compare mine but I love how these came out. I used white card stock and color sprays from Lindy to glimmermist to homemade. They're pretty addicting to make. I will have to try pattern papers soon. Not sure how I will use them all but I still love to make them. Hope you will like them as well. Thanks for stopping by.

First altered canvas

Hi everyone,

Hope you're well. I want to share my first canvas I did as a present for my parents. We have this picture at our house and they keep asking if we have extra copies. So I decided to do this for them. I hope they will like it. I kept the background fairly simple and used a stencil to put some Gesso on there for the cool texture in the background. I used a paper from K&company. I wanted to use something different because honestly, I see people using Prima papers everywhere so I'm getting tired of it. Don't get me wrong. I love Prima, but it gets old when EVERYBODY is using it in their projects. Anyhow, there are lots of my handmade flowers on this project. Hope you like it. Thanks for visiting.
